Positive: Clean, good price, friendly welcome and friendly on leaving the keys to go. Can't fault the staff at all. Heat pump made it warm and cozy. Thick blanket in the cupboard and suitcase stand. Nice table and two chairs.
Negative: Only 1 teaspoon which was odd. Nice new oven very clean and easy to use. Kettle was dangerous as wire exposed at plug. Toaster was old and not clean at all. Soundproofing poor and neighbour on one side had loud music etc until midnight so I slept with headphones on. Soap dispenser at bathroom sink gross and should be changed. Dispenser on wall in shower broken and should be replaced. Sponge left for dishwashing needed replacement. Having an oven would require a cooker hood to expel smells and oils which was not there for use with the oven. New carpet in the lounge area but everything else was old and needed updating or replacing. OK to stay for one night ans price reflects this but more than one night would be depressing for me. Sink plug too small so water drains. Microwave old, rusty and paint bubbled.
Summary: Great for one night. Good price. Nice friendly welcome.
